Hi everyone!
I’ve just been having a read through of my cycle two pack –
it is so unbelievably different from cycle one!
I’m looking forward to the pick’n’mix style of the food –
the challenge now is to be creative!
The prospect of weight training excites me and terrifies me
in equal measure!
I look forward to (hopefully) building some muscle and
getting some definition.
However, the weights section at the gym is male dominated
(lots of body builders in low cut vests and snapbacks) so it’s quite
intimidating
Anyway, I’m going to start tomorrow with chest and back, so
I’ll let you know how I get on!
